General
What does your service do?
We prepare and file ESTA and visa applications on your behalf. You fill in a guided form, we review it for mistakes, and we handle the filing with the relevant authority.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can start and save a draft application with no account at all. You'll only need to verify your email address before submitting it.
Is my personal information safe?
Sensitive details like your passport number are encrypted before they're stored. Passport scans are only ever used to help pre-fill your form and are never shared beyond preparing your application.
ESTA
Do Israeli citizens need an ESTA?
Yes, to visit without a visa. Israel joined the US Visa Waiver Program in 2023, so Israeli citizens with a biometric (chip) passport can visit for up to 90 days with an approved ESTA instead of a visa, for tourism, business or transit. Some travellers are not eligible, for example after visiting certain countries, and need to apply for a visa instead.
How long is an ESTA valid?
Generally two years from approval, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. You can use it for multiple trips of up to 90 days each. A new passport needs a new ESTA.
When should I apply?
As soon as you start planning, ideally before you buy tickets, which is what CBP itself recommends. Many decisions come back quickly, but some applications are held for further review.
Morocco eVisa
Do Israeli citizens need a visa for Morocco?
Yes. Israeli citizens with an ordinary passport are in the group eligible for Morocco's electronic visa (eVisa), applied for online. The eVisa is issued for tourism or business.
How many times can I enter, and for how long?
The eVisa is for a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days. It's valid for up to 180 days from the day it's issued, and you must enter within that window. Leaving and coming back needs a new eVisa.
What's the difference between standard and express?
Morocco's authorities state up to 72 hours for a standard eVisa and up to 24 hours for express, counted in Moroccan working days. The times don't apply to incomplete applications, so getting it right first time matters.
What do I need to apply?
A clear colour copy of your ordinary passport (the identity and validity pages), valid for at least 90 days from the date you apply, and a recent colour photo: 35×45 mm, taken in the last 6 months, to the international (ICAO) standard. We check both before filing.
