Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 10/26/2026
At Global Visa, we are committed to providing an equal, respectful, and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. This site is built to comply with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility.
Accessibility compliance level
This site was designed and built with the goal of conforming to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines) at level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process: we continually review and improve the site's accessibility, and some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible.
Accessibility measures implemented on this site
- Full keyboard navigation through every step of the application form, with no mouse required.
- A clear, visible focus indicator when navigating with a keyboard.
- Labels linked to every form field, including error messages linked directly to the relevant field for screen readers.
- Dynamic status updates (such as autosave, errors, and success messages) announced via live regions (aria-live) for screen reader users.
- Support for both right-to-left (Hebrew) and left-to-right (English) text direction, matching the selected display language.
- Alternative text for images and graphical icons.
- Color contrast that meets the standard's requirements, including in dark mode.
- Respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" preference, disabling animations for motion-sensitive users.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
Known limitations
Some content on the site, such as files uploaded by users or third-party content embedded from external providers, may not be fully accessible. We are working to reduce these limitations on an ongoing basis.

- What the problem was, in as much detail as possible.
- Which assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using (e.g. a specific screen reader, browser and version).
We aim to respond to every accessibility inquiry within [to be completed - number of business days], and to address reported issues as soon as possible.
